Our theme in our enhanced provision is 'my body'.

In maths this week Reception have been looking at different ways they can make numbers to 5. We have been using counters to practice touch counting and using songs like 5 speckled frogs. 
Year 1 and 2 have been looking at number bonds to 10 and practising writing addition sentences. 
 

In English! Year 1 & 2 have been looking at the narrative story 'Leaf'. We have explored the features of a narrative story and ordered the story to verbally tell to a friend. 
 

Highlight of the week: "I loved Science, we were learning about our bodies. Did you know a heart isn't really a heart shape." -O
