This week in Maths, we have been learning about rounding to the nearest 10, 100 and 1000. This has been quite a tricky concept, so we have recapped what a multiple of 10, 100 and 1000 is and what it cannot be. In English, we have continued our work around The Iron Man. We've planned, written and edited a diary entry from the perspective of Hogarth once the town create a plan to catch TIM.

In Science, Year 4 planned an experiment to see how different liquids impact enamel and Year 3 looked at different bones in the body. In Topic we explored different jobs that Anglo-Saxon men and women would have had and we created a job advert for these. In Art we experimented with different colours. We spent time looking at primary, secondary and tertiary colours. Finally in PE we had our lesson with Mrs O, still focusing on teamwork and we completed a fitness circuit.
