This week in Maths we have been working with co-ordinates. We can now translate shapes on grids and plot co-ordinates on a 2D grid. In English we wrote the rest of our story inspired by The Great Kapok Tree and then we wrote a book review. In outdoor (indoor due to the weather) learning, we did some observation drawing of a flower and then continued to create a piece of artwork inspired by nature. In PSHE we continued our work with managing risks and spoke about how to stay safe. We then moved onto choking and what we can do to help someone. In Topic we looked specifically at indigenous people within the Amazon Rainforest. In DT we continued our work with Microbits, we looked specifically at creating a programme.
