Little Stars Nursery

At Little Stars Nursery, we believe that every child is a shining star with unique talents, curiosity, and potential. Our nurturing Early Years Foundation Stage provision provides a warm, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children from aged 2 begin their learning journey through play, exploration, and creativity.

Little Stars Nursery shares a vibrant and well-equipped EYFS classroom with our Reception class, creating a seamless and collaborative learning space. This shared provision allows children to learn alongside peers of different ages, fostering confidence, communication, and a strong sense of community.

Our indoor and outdoor areas are thoughtfully designed to support all seven areas of learning in the EYFS framework, with opportunities for imaginative play, sensory exploration, early literacy and numeracy, and physical development.

Meet the Team

The provision is led by Miss Kelly, an experienced EYFS practitioner and Assistant Headteacher at Great Staughton Primary Academy. She is supported by Mrs Nash and Mrs Araachchige

Together, they create a safe and inspiring environment where children feel valued, supported, and excited to learn.

'Busy Learning'

At Little Stars, we follow a child-led approach to learning, enriched by adult-guided activities that spark curiosity and deepen understanding. Our curriculum is designed around seasonal themes, children's interests, and key developmental milestones, ensuring every child thrives at their own pace.

We celebrate creativity, independence, and kindness, helping children build the foundations for lifelong learning.
